The implications of this revelation is undeniably profound.
MEANING of the 13th Amendment
The “missing” 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”
At the first reading, the meaning of this 13th Amendment (also called the “title of nobility” Amendment) seems obscure, unimportant. The references to “nobility”, “honour”, “emperor”, “king”, and “prince” lead us to dismiss this amendment as a petty post-revolution act of spite directed against the British monarchy. But in our modern world of Lady Di and Prince Charles, anti-royalist sentiments seem so archaic and quaint, that the Amendment can be ignored. Not so. Consider some evidence of its historical significance:
First, “titles of nobility” were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the Constitution of the United States (1787); Second, although already prohibited by the Constitution, an additional “title of nobility” amendment was proposed in 1789, again in 1810, and according to Dodge, finally ratified in 1819.
Clearly, the founding fathers saw such a serious threat in “titles of nobility” and “honors” that anyone receiving them would forfeit their citizenship. Since the government prohibited “titles of nobility” several times over four decades, and went through the amending process (even though “titles of nobility” were already prohibited by the Constitution), it’s obvious that the Amendment carried much more significance for our founding fathers than is readily apparent today.

We’ve been anticipating that a radical departure from tradition will happen in the more than six decades of white dominated leadership in the World Bank, and it is happening.
Whether this guy is part of the change that the White Dragon Society has been talking about is yet to be confirmed. Ban Ki Mon is also from Asia and yet he’s more like an errand boy of the Cabalists than anything else.

Whether that’s what we get is, however, far less likely. If the Board is serious about making the process truly transparent and merit-based, here are the bare minimum things that should happen:
Public interviews. It will simply not be credible if the Board selects a candidate behind closed doors with no one else able to see how the candidates stood up to questioning.
Manifestos for candidates. Every candidate should be required to set out what he or she think the main challenges facing the Bank are and how they would deal with them as President.
Public debates. Candidates should submit themselves for questioning to a variety of forums, including public debates.
Transparent voting. All countries should vote individually, not through their constituencies, and should announce who they are voting for and why.
Of course, none of this would prevent the backroom deals that the US will use to ensure its candidate gets in, but at least everyone would be able to judge who the best candidate really is, and learn a lot more about what they stand for. None of these are difficult to organise, and all of them take place routinely at national level for senior public servants. Why not for the World Bank?

The real question is, why has Kony 2012 skyrocketed to the top of social media consciousness? Writing for Foreign Policy magazine, Uganda-based journalist Joshua Keating perhaps puts it best.

We are Anonymous.
In the past few months, our collective has been organizing the operation known as Operation Blackout. Part of the operation’s purpose was to alert the people of the coming bill that was to be called the Stop Online Piracy Act.
This Act would give Congress the power to censor any internet website they wish without consent from the Citizens of the United States. This act would’ve also had the power to jail any person who infringed on its new copyright law for an equivalence of five years. This copyright law would’ve had the power to destroy social networking sites such as Facebook and YouTube. Video gameplay and free movies would cease to exist.
However, Operation Blackout was a success. As a collective, we’ve managed to spread the word and alert the masses. Internet giants such as Google, Wikipedia, and Reddit became hand-in-hand with us as we all managed to make an impact on the decisions of our, “free government”. But as we’ve seen with Megaupload, the government may not need a bill to be passed to get their way. Other operations we’ve conducted over this time period have awaken the people to the nightmare that is the United States Government. Sections 1031 and 1032 of the National Defense Authorization Act have been ratified. Yet we face new threats.
The United States Government is seeking to pass the Cyber Security Act of 2012. This act is as Orwellian as it sounds; it will endanger our collective and we will not stand by and watch while this government of lies prepares to take away our freedoms. The National Security Agency insists on labeling us as a leaderless, terrorist organization. The question is, “who do we terrorize?”. Can it possibly be that the United States government is truly scared of us? Nevertheless, The time for action is now.

Although I fully understand the reality of life in other planets, galaxies and parallel universes, I didn’t readily bite into these channeled messages purportedly coming from the so-called Galactic Federation of Light or the StarTrek sounding Ashtar Command adventures. (WASHINGTON) — World Bank President Robert Zoellick said Wednesday he is stepping down, raising the possibility that a non-American might be chosen for the first time to head the 187-nation lending organization.
Zoellick, 58, informed the board he will leave June 30 at the end of a five-year term, during which he led the bank’s response to the global financial crisis.
The board now begins looking for a new president under guidelines directors adopted in 2011 calling for an “open, merit-based and transparent selection” process.

According to MarketWatch, CFO Peter Marriott says he plans to pursue a non-executive career after spending 15 years as the bank’s finance chief. Nicaragua’s Central Bank President Antenor Rosales quit amid differences with President Daniel Ortega over plans to use central bank reserves for the creation of a regional bank for a Venezuelan-led bloc of Latin American nations, known as Alba.
Ortega has proposed that Finance Minister Alberto Guevara replace Rosales as head of the central bank, said Edwin Castro, the chief legislator for the ruling Sandinista party, in a statement on a government website today. Castro said the appointment must be approved by lawmakers and didn’t say whether Guevara would continue at the Finance Ministry.
Castro said Rosales’s resignation was “normal government procedure” and not a result of the disagreement with Ortega.
In a Feb. 4 meeting of Alba leaders in Caracas, Ortega agreed to put 1 percent of Nicaragua’s international reserves, or about $17 million, toward the Alba bank, according to a statement on a government website. Rosales told reporters in Managua on Feb. 6 that “no one can touch the international reserves of Nicaragua.”
“The resignation of Rosales sends a bad message to the people of Nicaragua,” opposition legislator Wilfredo Navarro said in comments at the National Assembly broadcast on TV Channel 100% Noticias. “He was defending the legality of the country’s central bank institution. Withdrawing funds for an unknown bank is a violation of the institution.”
