Both Hillary Clinton and George HW Bush are said to be hospitalized right now.
The former is implicated to the Benghazi false flag operation last September 11th and the latter undeniably orchestrated the JFK assassination in 1963 and the murder of Dr. Nikola Tesla in 1943, and the cause for the delay of the release of the Collateral Accounts and the smooth reestablishment of the constitutional Republic of the USA.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was admitted to a New York hospital Sunday after the discovery of a blood clot stemming from the concussion she sustained earlier this month.
Clinton’s doctors discovered the clot Sunday while performing a follow-up exam, her spokesman, Philippe Reines, said. He would not elaborate on the location of the clot but said Clinton is being treated with anti-coagulants and would remain at New York-Presbyterian Hospital for at least the next 48 hours so doctors can monitor the medication.

I have been expecting someone at Fox to do a serious on camera consult with a medical specialist such as an Emergency Physician (not Dr. Alvarez!) (someone who commonly deals with head injury and concussion on a daily basis) in regards to the purported disability suffered recently by Secy of State H. Clinton leaving her unable to testify before the Congress about the Benghazi incident.
I am a board certified emergency physician with more than 30 years’ experience in a busy ER with substantial trauma experience.
There is a wide spectrum of severity of concussion symptoms as a result of head injury. The great majority of concussions are minor and leave the patient with little if any disability. Serious concussions are unusual and are typically the result of serious force applied to the head (MVA, Football, Assault, Fall from ladder, etc) with associated scalp trauma, laceration, abrasion, loss of consciousness, headache, vomiting, visual changes, dizziness and ataxia. Any reasonable physician faced with such a trauma would immediately transport the patient to a hospital ER and a non contrast CT head would be performed immediately. If symptoms were significant and persistent, especially for someone of this public stature with presidential aspirations, this patient would be hospitalized for observation and a neurosurgery consult and likely an MRI study of the brain as well. Absent this situation any symptoms of concussion would likely be limited, transitory in nature, perhaps mild headache, and would not prevent the patient from daily activities.
Does anyone really believe that a person of Mrs. Clinton’s stature and responsibilities could have a serious head injury, limiting her ability to perform her duties, with possible serious even life threatening complications, and she would NOT be evaluated at an ER and admitted to a hospital, and would have treatment limited to bedrest at home???
The probability of a simple faint secondary to a gastroenteritis resulting in a fall with head injury of significance is virtually nil.
As news people, you should ask questions….such as which ER evaluated Mrs. Clinton. If she fell with such force, exactly what injury did she sustain? What struck her head and exactly what part of her head was injured?? Was there a scalp laceration?? Hematoma? Bruise? Abrasion? Do they have a photo of the scalp injury?? Was there a CT Head study performed?? Does she have a brain contusion?? Does she have a subdural hematoma?? Did anyone care to look?? If not, why not??? Did she lose consciousness after striking her head? Was her neck injured. Was her neck xrayed or CT’d?? (Most serious head injuries have associated probable neck injury and pain and a neck fracture must be ruled out.) If she was not taken to a hospital ER then likely there was no significant head injury. Whats exact symptoms of concussion does she have?? Did she have a brain MRI study done? Why not? Which neurosurgeon evaluated her??
Absent the answer to the above questions one can assume this story of the head injury is like a fabrication to relieve her of the responsibility of testifying before congress.
President George H.W. Bush, who has been in a Houston hospital with a lingering cough since November, needs to “build up his energy” before he can be released, doctors said Sunday.
Methodist Hospital spokesman George Kovacik said in an emailed statement that doctors are still optimistic the 88-year-old Bush will make a full recovery, but are being “extra cautious” with his care. Bush is in stable condition, he said.
Soon they will both be dead. Why? That’s the only way they could escape from the wrath of the people. And they’ve done this before.

Recently, a move that have angered Turkey is the withdrawal of two US Navy aircraft carriers from Syria.
Two aircraft carriers stationed off the Syrian coast were sent back to the US this week in a move that the Obama administration thought would ease tensions, but angered Turkish officials who hoped for significant US military presence in the region.
The USS Eisenhower aircraft carrier and the USS Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group and its 2,500 marines were recalled after being stationed on the Syrian coast, allegedly in preparation of potential military invasion.
The USS Eisenhower, which has the capacity to hold thousands of men, joined the other warship during the first week of December, ready to launch an American-led military intervention “within days” if Syrian President Bashar al-Assad were to use chemical weapons against the opposition, Time reported. But as the violence escalated in the past few days, the warships took off and headed back to the US.
The US usually has two aircraft carriers stationed in the Persian Gulf at all times, but will only have one deployed this month – the USS John C. Stennis, which is stationed nowhere near Syria. By recalling the USS Eisenhower and the USS Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group, the US simply outraged its key ally in the region – Turkey.

In another closely related development, Russia is sending warships to the Mediterranean for possible “Syria evacuation”. Of course, that’s how they sugarcoat their true intentions but it is very clear that these warships could conduct “air defense, anti-ship warfare and anti-submarine warfare” when need be.
The Russian Navy has sent five ships to the Mediterranean Sea to replace the region’s existing fleet. The move comes after the foreign ministry said it may call for the evacuation of Russian citizens in Syria if the government in Damascus falls.
Three warships and two support ships of the Russian Baltic Fleet are set to join the Russian naval forces in the Mediterranean.
The Neustrashimyy-class frigate Yaroslav Mudri and landing ships Kaliningrad and Aleksandr Shabalin, accompanied by a towboat and a tanker ship, have set sail from their base in Baltiysk, the defense ministry announced on Tuesday. Their mission includes exercises in air defense, anti-ship warfare and anti-submarine warfare, the Navy statement said.

WHAT HASN’T HAPPENED: (addendum to LOOK AT THE FACTS)
The New World Order thought they would have all their ‘stuff’ in place about a dozen years ago. Their plans were to crush the American people and government in debt to enslave us, (I’ll say more about debt – in a bit) and destroy our military in endless wars – to replace it with a UN army and navy – put UN uniforms on what was left of our military and the rest of the world’s military. It didn’t happen then and it ain’t happenin’ now. They wanted to start WWIII with 9/11 to pit Muslims against Christians & Jews. Hasn’t happened yet.
Every tyranny ends, and the only questions to be asked are ‘When?’ – and ‘How bloody?’ The answers: ‘Soon’ and ‘pretty peacefully.’ Look at all the situations that could have gotten way out of hand and didn’t – and not only that, everything they’ve tried is backfiring on them. Venezuela and Iceland faced them down with minimal or no bloodshed. The Euro-zone is melting and I’ve seen nothing about a currency to replace the Euro. Remember all the talk about a North American Union? It ain’t happenin’. And Northcom? That seems to be fading into history. The Amero – the new currency? Where is it? And it has been a long time since I heard anything about a new fiat world currency (CDS? SDR?), but I have received talk that it has raised its ugly head in theh lying mainstream media. It ain’t happenin’! It’s just – more talk.
I heard talk of bombing Iran over a year ago. Bombs? What bombs? I heard that our military was put on full alert – to go to Libya last winter. Did our boys go? Just a few – maybe. We probably had more TV people there than soldiers. The NWO had to run NATO into Libya. And our boys didn’t go to Syria. I heard rumors that Obama had been ‘relieved of his command’ by some top guys in the Pentagon – maybe a year or so ago? Hmmm. Do you think it might be true? There were a number of times he was on TV – but the flag wasn’t behind him.
Sixteen intelligence agencies told Obummer that it was stupid to attack Iran. I think our chief of staff – or some other general told the madman who runs the Israeli government that we weren’t going to fight another war for them – really ticked him off. I guess that Israel no longer runs the US. So, has Israel hit Iran? Not yet. Something like 70 or 80 percent of the Israelis don’t want another war. Will that government collapse? Maybe.
We heard that world power navies were in the Persian Gulf – lining up for WWIII. I think those boys are having a good old time – and they’re there to keep that from happening. I think there’s a worldwide rebellion against the banksters, don’t you? Haven’t close to a thousand worldwide retired or stepped down? And the head folks at the IRS have quit. And didn’t the CEO of one of the big banks just quit?
And insofar as the national debt? We can wipe that out with the stroke of a pen, as can any number of nations. We don’t owe counterfeiters ANYTHING – and I’ve been saying that for years! Now the IMF has said it. Smacks of a worldwide rebellion against tyranny! We don’t owe these counterfeiters, and neither does anyone else. THEY – OWE US! (Not that they can pay for all their crimes. If we enslaved them for a million years, they could not pay for all the damage they have done – the lives they have destroyed.)
Insofar as mortgage and credit card debt? The debt that can’t be paid, won’t be paid, and interest on ‘money’ they never had that they SAID they loaned us – is totally bogus so I think that those collection efforts may come to an end. I believe that something very constructive will happen in this area.
The CORPORATION that runs this nation has been bankrupt beyond all redemption for about a decade. The only difference between bankruptcy and declaring bankruptcy – is a declaration. This just might be – some kind of year of jubilee. Whether that happens or not, this is going to be one HELL of an economic reset – more complicated than I can imagine – and economic recovery begins the instant the IRS goes away and we return to Common Law.
And insofar as our military being crushed in MORE endless wars? I don’t THINK SO! All our men in uniform – past and present – are realizing that our military hasn’t defended our nation since the War of 1812, and the Department of DEFENSE is the Department of OFFENSE! I believe that when the young men in this world quit believing the lies that old men tell them – we may very well have a thousand years of peace. May America lead the way! Obama Fires Top Admiral As Coup Plot Fears Grows
A shocking new report prepared by the Foreign Military Intelligence Main Directorate (GRU) of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, and circulating in the Kremlin today, states that President Obama has fired one of the United States Navy’s most powerful Admirals over growing fears the US Military is planning an overthrow of his government.
According to this report, yesterday (27 October) Obama ordered the immediate removal of Rear Admiral Charles M. Gaouette [photo 2nd left] from his command of the powerful Carrier Strike Group Three (CSG-3) [photo 3rd left] currently located in the Middle East.
CSG-3 is one of five US Navy carrier strike groups currently assigned to the US Pacific Fleet. US Navy carrier strike groups are employed in a variety of roles, which involve gaining and maintaining sea control and projecting power ashore, as well as projecting naval airpower ashore.
The aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) is the strike group’s current flagship, and as of 2012, other units assigned to Carrier Strike Group Three include Carrier Air Wing Nine; the guided-missile cruisers USS Mobile Bay (CG-53) and USS Antietam (CG-54); and the ships of Destroyer Squadron 21, the guided-missile destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG-108), USS Dewey (DDG-105), USS Kidd (DDG-100), and USS Milius (DDG-69).
This GRU report, however, states that Admiral Gaouette’s firing by President Obama was due to this strike force commander disobeying orders when he ordered his forces on 11 September to“assist and provide intelligence for” American military forces ordered into action by US Army General Carter Ham, who was then the commander of the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), against terrorist forces attacking the American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
General Ham had been in command of the initial 2011 US-NATO military intervention in Libya who, like Admiral Gaouette, was fired by Obama. And as we can, in part, read from US military insider accounts of this growing internal conflict between the White House and US Military leaders:
GRU analysts in this report state that Obama’s “greatest fear” during the 11 September terrorist attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi was that a strong US Military response would hurt his reelection chances as the American peoples appetite for war has all but disappeared, and he would, also, be open to attacks from his far-left base who remain firmly opposed to further US military actions in the Middle East.
Known well to Obama, this report continues, was the 1962 Pentagon proposal to Kennedy named “Operation Northwoods” that called for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), or other operatives, to commit acts of terrorism in US cities and elsewhere. These acts of terrorism were to be blamed on Cuba in order to create public support for a war against that nation, which had recently become communist under Fidel Castro.
Fearing his being faced with a similar Pentagon threat, GRU analysts say in this report, Obama’s reluctance to allow a US military response to the 11 September attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi was due to his not knowing who was really behind it, or what their ultimate objective really was.
Obama’s fears, apparently, were confirmed by the Federal Security Service (FSB), and as we reported on in our 9 October report titled “Monsanto “War” Kills US Ambassador To Libya” which blamed the Benghazi attack on the shadowy Italian eco-terror group Il Silvestre.
Following the attack on Benghazi, this FSB report further states, the eco-terror group Il Silvestre brutally assassinated British oil executive Nicholas Mockford, 60, who worked for the US oil giant ExxonMobil, two weeks ago on a street in Brussels, Belgium.
Though the links between either the Pentagon or CIA relating to Il Silvestre have yet to be firmly established, this GRU report concludes, it can not be ruled out that further attacks against Obama’s interests by the US Military are not in the offing.
Most cryptic in this GRU report, however, was its noting, that based upon the 1962 American movie titled Advise & Consent, and the 1962 novel Seven Days in May (made into a movie in 1964), the warnings to President Kennedy about any American leader daring to challenge the Pentagon would be met with swift and harsh punishment. Kennedy, however, failed to heed these warnings and suffered the consequences.
To what Obama’s fate will be, especially should he continue to be in conflict with the Pentagon, it is not known. What is known, though, is that the American people themselves continue to remain ignorant of the dangers they face as the world around them continues to spin out of control as they continue to rely on lies and half truths spoon fed to them by their vast mainstream propaganda apparatus designed to keep them from knowing any truths at all.

It’s becoming clearer now what the US warships are here in the Philippines for.
US Corp. Senator Lugar, the most senior among the Republicans in the Senate, arrived in the country couple of days ago.

In the late summer of 2008, two events in quick succession signalled the end of the New World Order. In August, the US client state of Georgia was crushed in a brief but bloody war after it attacked Russian troops in the contested territory of South Ossetia.
The former Soviet republic was a favourite of Washington’s neoconservatives. Its authoritarian president had been lobbying hard for Georgia to join Nato’s eastward expansion. In an unblinking inversion of reality, US vice-president Dick Cheney denounced Russia‘s response as an act of “aggression” that “must not go unanswered”. Fresh from unleashing a catastrophic war on Iraq, George Bush declared Russia’s “invasion of a sovereign state” to be “unacceptable in the 21st century”.
As the fighting ended, Bush warned Russia not to recognise South Ossetia’s independence. Russia did exactly that, while US warships were reduced to sailing around the Black Sea. The conflict marked an international turning point. The US’s bluff had been called, its military sway undermined by the war on terror, Iraq and Afghanistan. After two decades during which it bestrode the world like a colossus, the years of uncontested US power were over.
Three weeks later, a second, still more far-reaching event threatened the heart of the US-dominated global financial system. On 15 September, the credit crisis finally erupted in the collapse of America’s fourth-largest investment bank. The bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers engulfed the western world in its deepest economic crisis since the 1930s.
The first decade of the 21st century shook the international order, turning the received wisdom of the global elites on its head – and 2008 was its watershed. With the end of the cold war, the great political and economic questions had all been settled, we were told. Liberal democracy and free-market capitalism had triumphed. Socialism had been consigned to history. Political controversy would now be confined to culture wars and tax-and-spend trade-offs.
In 1990, George Bush Senior had inaugurated a New World Order, based on uncontested US military supremacy and western economic dominance. This was to be a unipolar world without rivals. Regional powers would bend the knee to the new worldwide imperium. History itself, it was said, had come to an end.
But between the attack on the Twin Towers and the fall of Lehman Brothers, that global order had crumbled. Two factors were crucial. By the end of a decade of continuous warfare, the US had succeeded in exposing the limits, rather than the extent, of its military power. And the neoliberal capitalist model that had reigned supreme for a generation had crashed.
It was the reaction of the US to 9/11 that broke the sense of invincibility of the world’s first truly global empire. The Bush administration’s wildly miscalculated response turned the atrocities in New York and Washington into the most successful terror attack in history.
Not only did Bush’s war fail on its own terms, spawning terrorists across the world, while its campaign of killings, torture and kidnapping discredited Western claims to be guardians of human rights. But the US-British invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq revealed the inability of the global behemoth to impose its will on subject peoples prepared to fight back. That became a strategic defeat for the US and its closest allies.
This passing of the unipolar moment was the first of four decisive changes that transformed the world – in some crucial ways for the better. The second was the fallout from the crash of 2008 and the crisis of the western-dominated capitalist order it unleashed, speeding up relative US decline.
This was a crisis made in America and deepened by the vast cost of its multiple wars. And its most devastating impact was on those economies whose elites had bought most enthusiastically into the neoliberal orthodoxy of deregulated financial markets and unfettered corporate power.
A voracious model of capitalism forced down the throats of the world as the only way to run a modern economy, at a cost of ballooning inequality and environmental degradation, had been discredited – and only rescued from collapse by the greatest state intervention in history. The baleful twins of neoconservatism and neoliberalism had been tried and tested to destruction.
The failure of both accelerated the rise of China, the third epoch-making change of the early 21st century. Not only did the country’s dramatic growth take hundreds of millions out of poverty, but its state-driven investment model rode out the west’s slump, making a mockery of market orthodoxy and creating a new centre of global power. That increased the freedom of manoeuvre for smaller states.
China’s rise widened the space for the tide of progressive change that swept Latin America – the fourth global advance. Across the continent, socialist and social-democratic governments were propelled to power, attacking economic and racial injustice, building regional independence and taking back resources from corporate control. Two decades after we had been assured there could be no alternatives to neoliberal capitalism, Latin Americans were creating them.
These momentous changes came, of course, with huge costs and qualifications. The US will remain the overwhelmingly dominant military power for the foreseeable future; its partial defeats in Iraq and Afghanistan were paid for in death and destruction on a colossal scale; and multipolarity brings its own risks of conflict. The neoliberal model was discredited, but governments tried to refloat it through savage austerity programmes. China’s success was bought at a high price in inequality, civil rights and environmental destruction. And Latin America’s US-backed elites remained determined to reverse the social gains, as they succeeded in doing by violent coup in Honduras in 2009. Such contradictions also beset the revolutionary upheaval that engulfed the Arab world in 2010-11, sparking another shift of global proportions.
By then, Bush’s war on terror had become such an embarrassment that the US government had to change its name to “overseas contingency operations”. Iraq was almost universally acknowledged to have been a disaster, Afghanistan a doomed undertaking. But such chastened realism couldn’t be further from how these campaigns were regarded in the western mainstream when they were first unleashed.
To return to what was routinely said by British and US politicians and their tame pundits in the aftermath of 9/11 is to be transported into a parallel universe of toxic fantasy. Every effort was made to discredit those who rejected the case for invasion and occupation – and would before long be comprehensively vindicated.
Michael Gove, now a Tory cabinet minister, poured vitriol on the Guardian for publishing a full debate on the attacks, denouncing it as a “Prada-Meinhof gang” of “fifth columnists”. Rupert Murdoch’s Sun damned those warning against war as “anti-American propagandists of the fascist left”. When the Taliban regime was overthrown, Blair issued a triumphant condemnation of those (myself included) who had opposed the invasion of Afghanistan and war on terror. We had, he declared, “proved to be wrong”.
A decade later, few could still doubt that it was Blair’s government that had “proved to be wrong”, with catastrophic consequences. The US and its allies would fail to subdue Afghanistan, critics predicted. The war on terror would itself spread terrorism. Ripping up civil rights would have dire consequences – and an occupation of Iraq would be a blood-drenched disaster.
The war party’s “experts”, such as the former “viceroy of Bosnia” Paddy Ashdown, derided warnings that invading Afghanistan would lead to a “long-drawn-out guerrilla campaign” as “fanciful”. More than 10 years on, armed resistance was stronger than ever and the war had become the longest in American history.
It was a similar story in Iraq – though opposition had by then been given voice by millions on the streets. Those who stood against the invasion were still accused of being “appeasers”. US defence secretary Donald Rumsfeld predicted the war would last six days. Most of the Anglo-American media expected resistance to collapse in short order. They were entirely wrong.
A new colonial-style occupation of Iraq would, I wrote in the first week of invasion, “face determined guerrilla resistance long after Saddam Hussein has gone” and the occupiers “be driven out”. British troops did indeed face unrelenting attacks until they were forced out in 2009, as did US regular troops until they were withdrawn in 2011.
But it wasn’t just on the war on terror that opponents of the New World Order were shown to be right and its cheerleaders to be talking calamitous nonsense. For 30 years, the west’s elites insisted that only deregulated markets, privatisation and low taxes on the wealthy could deliver growth and prosperity.
Long before 2008, the “free market” model had been under fierce attack: neoliberalism was handing power to unaccountable banks and corporations, anti-corporate globalisation campaigners argued, fuelling poverty and social injustice and eviscerating democracy – and was both economically and ecologically unsustainable.
In contrast to New Labour politicians who claimed “boom and bust” to be a thing of the past, critics dismissed the idea that the capitalist trade cycle could be abolished as absurd. Deregulation, financialisation and the reckless promotion of debt-fuelled speculation would, in fact, lead to crisis.
The large majority of economists who predicted that the neoliberal model was heading for breakdown were, of course, on the left. So while in Britain the main political parties all backed “light-touch regulation” of finance, its opponents had long argued that City liberalisation threatened the wider economy.
Critics warned that privatising public services would cost more, drive down pay and conditions and fuel corruption. Which is exactly what happened. And in the European Union, where corporate privilege and market orthodoxy were embedded into treaty, the result was ruinous. The combination of liberalised banking with an undemocratic, lopsided and deflationary currency union that critics (on both left and right in this case) had always argued risked breaking apart was a disaster waiting to happen. The crash then provided the trigger.
The case against neoliberal capitalism had been overwhelmingly made on the left, as had opposition to the US-led wars of invasion and occupation. But it was strikingly slow to capitalise on its vindication over the central controversies of the era. Hardly surprising, perhaps, given the loss of confidence that flowed from the left’s 20th-century defeats – including in its own social alternatives.
But driving home the lessons of these disasters was essential if they were not to be repeated. Even after Iraq and Afghanistan, the war on terror was pursued in civilian-slaughtering drone attacks from Pakistan to Somalia. The western powers played the decisive role in the overthrow of the Libyan regime – acting in the name of protecting civilians, who then died in their thousands in a Nato-escalated civil war, while conflict-wracked Syria was threatened with intervention and Iran with all-out attack.
And while neoliberalism had been discredited, western governments used the crisis to try to entrench it. Not only were jobs, pay and benefits cut as never before, but privatisation was extended still further. Being right was, of course, never going to be enough. What was needed was political and social pressure strong enough to turn the tables of power.
Revulsion against a discredited elite and its failed social and economic project steadily deepened after 2008. As the burden of the crisis was loaded on to the majority, the spread of protests, strikes and electoral upheavals demonstrated that pressure for real change had only just begun. Rejection of corporate power and greed had become the common sense of the age.
The historian Eric Hobsbawm described the crash of 2008 as a “sort of right-wing equivalent to the fall of the Berlin wall”. It was commonly objected that after the implosion of communism and traditional social democracy, the left had no systemic alternative to offer. But no model ever came pre-cooked. All of them, from Soviet power and the Keynesian welfare state to Thatcherite-Reaganite neoliberalism, grew out of ideologically driven improvisation in specific historical circumstances.
The same would be true in the aftermath of the crisis of the neoliberal order, as the need to reconstruct a broken economy on a more democratic, egalitarian and rational basis began to dictate the shape of a sustainable alternative. Both the economic and ecological crisis demanded social ownership, public intervention and a shift of wealth and power. Real life was pushing in the direction of progressive solutions.
The upheavals of the first years of the 21st century opened up the possibility of a new kind of global order, and of genuine social and economic change. As communists learned in 1989, and the champions of capitalism discovered 20 years later, nothing is ever settled.

Protesters have gathered in front of the central government in Veneto, Italy to demand an immediate referendum on the region’s independence from Rome. The reason is mainly economic, according to the rally’s organizer.
Demonstrators are presenting the local government with a resolution which demands an immediate referendum for the region to become its own country.
The new territory would include Venice, the surrounding region of Veneto, and parts of Lombardy, Trentino and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
The rally, which was organized by the separatist Indipendenza Veneta party, drew large numbers of energetic protesters.
“The situation here is almost explosive, so today we have thousands of people who have gathered in front of the regional government and we’re going to present to them a resolution signed by thousands of participants to have a referendum for independence,” Chairman of the separatist Indipendenza Veneta Party, Lodovico Pizzati, told RT.
The territory would be known as the “Repubblica Veneta,” and would consist of around five million people. It’s a move that an overwhelming 70 per cent of local residents support, according to a poll conducted by local newspaper Il Gazzettino.

From 1997 to the present and continuing, GSK’s marketing plan, devised at a senior executive level, has been to “Exploit the Bolus” of government-funded healthcare programs such as Medicaid and Tricare, with the direct and intended effect of causing the submission of false claims to such programs as identified herein.
GSK has illegally and fraudulently promoted and marketed the sale of its drugs for off label, non-medically accepted uses… As part of this scheme, GSK overtly and aggressively targeted physicians identified by GSK’s prescription tracking methods to have the largest volumes of patients enrolled in government-funded healthcare programs such as Medicaid and Tricare.

That was for when you only had a minute to talk to the doctor. Remember Wellbutrin it’s the happy horny skinny drug. Now, if you actually got the opportunity to speak to the physician for a sit-down appointment, you may then start talking about things like intimacy and depression, and how with the competitor drugs like Paxil, patients have problems with their libido, and you should use Wellbutrin because it increases the libido, so depending on what your primary drug was to promote, we were trained on uncovering what doctor’s objections were and then to come back, and spin it so that the doctor would start writing your drug.
About off-label marketing:
When a company actively markets a drug that is not indicated for a specific disease state, that is a violation of the law. …And it’s commonplace.
About spinning side effects:
With those studies, you’re trained to focus on how well it works, but don’t focus on the side effects so much. You don’t really want to bring that one up. If they ask the questions, then you can address it, but let’s spin it in a very positive manner.
[We would say] well, doctor, the insomnia [side effect] is transient. So it’s only a problem for the first couple of days. Once your patients acclimate to the drug, the insomnia will fade away. So it’s a spin machine.
For instance the drug Advair for asthma. They came out with the S.M.A.R.T. data, showed an increase incidence of death in African American people. So the study was stopped, they had black box warnings in the package insert, we were trained to tell the doctors well, doctor, you know most people of lower socioeconomic conditions are not compliant with their medications, so with Advair you don’t have to worry about your patients not taking their inhaled corticosteroid because Advair is a combination of an inhaled corticosteroid and a long-acting beta-agonist. So it’s always a spin, so they were basically, according to our complaint, taking a very negative dangerous outcome of a drug [study] and trying to spin it as positive.
About corporate responsibility for products that harm consumers:
When you look at a drug like Wellbutrin, and it has a 0.1% incidence of seizure, that’s one in a thousand, but if you’re that one person that has a seizure, it’s 100 percent [for you]. Where [we] drew the line is realizing that if a child has a seizure, who’s responsible? Is it the doctor? Is it me? Is it the company? Where does the buck stop? And unfortunately in the corporate world, there are so many veils of protection that… they’re a corporate defendant which is nothing more than a table full of attorneys, and nobody pays the price.
It’s offensive. In my opinion, they have no regard whatsoever for precious human life. …But I have suffered nothing compared to a parent whose child has committed suicide on Paxil. Imagine how horrifying that is. It’s so repulsive. You’re just talking about a bad company run by bad people, in my opinion.

Canadian Filed Class Suit Against Church, Crown And The Corporation

The biggest criminal conspiracy in history is being confronted this week in a federal court house in Toronto.
On Wednesday July 4, our friend and ally, Jason Bowman of The Association of Citizen Prosecutors (ACP), will be filing the first class action lawsuit in history against the Vatican, the Crown of England, the government and churches of Canada, and pharmaceutical corporations for crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy.
Anyone who has suffered at the hands of these groups can come forward and join our action.

History was made yesterday when the Association of Citizen Prosecutors (ACP), headed by Jason Bowman, took the first step towards in exposing Vatican, Crown of England and other parties, and in holding these cartels to account in the Federal Court of Canada.
A Federal Court in Toronto examined Bowman’s materials and essentially outlined the framework by which this unprecedented undertaking shall now proceed in Federal Court.

The result granted leave for a full application to be filed, and still provides the applicants with the opportunity to file additional motions for directions if, and as required.
According to Bowman, who acted on behalf of both the ACP and ITCCS,
“We expected to simply file a motion … Instead, the Court directed that we file not only the ex-parte motion materials, but also our entire Application a full week earlier than we were expecting. Naturally, I was elated.”
A crowd of supporters accompanied Bowman to the Federal Court and were present as the Court’s outline was explained in great detail.
Afterwards, the group held a press conference nearby and was harassed at least one agent provocateur – a ‘blogger’ known as “Greg Renouf”, who tried to incite violence and discredit both Bowman and ITCCS founder and co-applicant Kevin Annett. Renouf has since then posted a derogatory and untruthful you tube posting about the event.
An attempted live stream broadcast of the event was inexplicably disrupted, although blog media activists who were present reported the news extensively on the internet.
None of the “mainstream” media in Toronto attended the press conference.
The BBA, the UK banking lobby group that is also responsible for setting Libor, said it was calling a board meeting and will make a further announcement in due course.
Last week the BBA said it was “shocked” by the regulator’s report about the manipulation of Libor. Barclays was fined a record £290m last week for attempting to manipulate the interbank lending rate, Libor, between 2005 and 2009.
Chief City regulator, the Financial Services Authority, said on Monday that Barclays was not an isolated case in the authorities’ investigation of banks rigging a key interbank interest rate.
“I wish I could say this was an isolated case … You will hear more on this in due course,” the FSA’s acting director of enforcement, Tracey McDermott told the watchdog’s annual enforcement conference.

More US and UK government websites have fallen prey to DDoS attacks by the hacktivist group Anonymous. The victims now include the US Department of Justice, CIA and two MI6 sites.
The group claimed responsibility on their Facebook page, saying: “its [sic] all of us together. We are the “little people”, the hungry, the poor, the “manipulated”, and yet for all their power and might, these “little people” brought their pride down.”
Earlier, Brazilian hacker group Anonymous member Havittaja claimed responsibility for DDoS attacks on the US Department of Justice and CIA websites.
On his Twitter microblog he posted that the CIA site was offline for an hour and a half. He said it was done for the “lulz”, referring to the popular online abbreviation “for laughs.”
The rest of the group joined in to finish what their “Brazilian brother started”, AntiS3curityOPS wrote on their Facebook wall.
As of 4/16/2012 GMT+8, 12:56PM:CIA.gov is subjected to DDOS attack.
The information came from the official OWS Twitter account. The site indeed appears to be down, however, there has been no information whether it is due to a hacker attack. The report cannot be verified at this time.

These were the questions Budd Dwyer sought to find and provide answers to, for the country he loved and believed in. But after more than twenty years of dedicated public service, he decided to end it all.

Only paid hacks would dampen a strong message with flimsy, lame excuse
Although, the object of this documentary is to know why Budd arrived at such a tragic decision, Christopher Campbell chose to see it from its aesthetical flaws…
The doc does actually open with news reports of the incident, without the graphic visuals, somewhat evoking the structure of “The Times of Harvey Milk.” But Dwyer was no Milk, and his life story isn’t all that significant or engrossing. Mostly we’re treated to close-up talking heads telling us how “good” he was. Of course, it’s primarily his wife and kids singing his praises so there’s not much surprise there. Dirschberger could have at least made the interviews either aesthetically pleasing or maybe shown respect to those he’s filming by making them more presentable to an audience. Dwyer’s son sweats profusely on the screen, a former colleague is framed harshly and engulfed in smoke, the author of a book on Dwyer wears a torn up shirt and looks rather sickly. I don’t think I’m projecting here; the cinematography is atrocious.
Chris would have preferred that Hollywood actors and actresses be the ones gracing a fully budgeted documentary.
Dirschberger combines that adoring and chronicling interview material with terrible video archives strewn throughout that look like someone videotaped a TV playing the footage, as if a duplication or transfer was too much money and too much of a bother. “Honest Man” really is an ugly documentary, and I’m glad I didn’t see it on a bigger screen than my laptop. I know this is harsh, but I’d like to think that Dwyer deserved better. Even if his life wasn’t interesting enough to be worth a feature film, though, I would expect such a hagiographic portrait to be more tasteful and appealing to the senses, if not also entirely engaging. This is not what he shot his brains out for.

This article is supposed to be posted next week, but recent events compelled us to post it now. This article should be read superimposing our last article, “The Last Senseless War“.
Yesterday, 6th February 2012, we were hit with 6.9 magnitude shallow earthquake; 7.0+ intensity in Dumaguete City. This event, which left 52 people dead, followed days of heavy and continuous rainfall in the Visayas region of the country. A tricycle-driving man was seen shouting that sea level had gone so low which may indicate a tsunami in a few minutes, sending shockwave among coastal residents in Cebu City.
This earthquake rekindles sad memories of our experience back in 2006.
The Guinsaugon Landslide
Almost six years ago, 17 February 2006, a deadly landslide followed two weeks of heavy rainfalls and covered the whole village of Guinsaugon, with more than a thousand lives lost in a matter of minutes. Officially, the death toll was at 1,126, which included: 246 schoolchildren, 80 women attending the 5th anniversary of Guinsaugon Women’s Health Association, etc.
Causes of the Disaster
The true cause of the landslide is still being debated until today. Here are some of the facts and theories as posted in Wikipedia:
“Philippine congressman Roger Mercado of Southern Leyte claimed in a Reuters interview that logging and mining done in the area three decades ago was the main culprit.[9] Dave Petley, professor at the International Landslide Centre, Durham University, told the BBC that the causes Congressman Mercado mentioned, if proven true, created a “dangerous combination” that produced a “classic landslide scenario”.[10]
However, local government officials and eyewitnesses say that the area was well forested and the governor’s office said that deforestation logging activities were not the causal factor.[10]
Experts did agree that torrential rains lasting two weeks before the mudslide was the main cause for the disaster. Rainfall amounting to over 200 cm (79 inches) in ten days loosened the soil so much that the resulting sludge and rocks thundered down the slopes of nearby Mount Can-abag, virtually disintegrating it. The La Niña weather phenomenon was blamed for the non-stop rains that occurred in the province, as well as in the Caraga region, which is due south of Leyte. San Francisco, Agusan del Sur mayor Carie Ladernora declared the state of calamity on her town by 12 February 2006.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology recorded a magnitude 2.6 earthquake in Southern Leyte just prior to the landslide although the effects of this are unclear.[10]”
However in a workshop held in 2008, a more scholarly exchange could surely shed some light…
“After two years, the international geoscience community including experts from Japan, Canada, United States, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Hong Kong, UK, Taiwan and the Philippines, came together in Tacloban and St. Bernard to examine known information on the Guinsaugon disaster.
… There is general accord among scientists that high precipitation a week prior to the failure contributed to the conditions at failure, but the 5 day delay between the rain and the landslide, and the fact that Southern Leyte regularly gets high overall levels of precipitation means that the precise nature of that contribution is unknown. Similarly, the role of minor ground shaking that occurred at about the same time is still uncertain. “Was the landslide caused by ground shaking or excessive rain? This is one of the things that is not yet resolved.” said Dr. Mark Albert Zarco, a professor at the Department of Engineering Sciences, University of the Philippines Diliman in a news story.”
All of the above are the official versions of what had occurred on that fateful day. Now it’s time to hear the voices from the ground.
Homecoming
More than 5 years have gone by, and just more than a year ago I decided to go back to my mother’s hometown, which I still want to call by its old name, Himatagon, after being away for more than a decade. Himatagon was a former village of a more progressive town of Cabalian. It separated to form its own town about 50 years ago, and is now known as the town of St. Bernard. St. Bernard now has 36 villages. Cabalian became the town of San Juan.
Being away when the worst disaster this town had experienced, and the technical know-how that I’ve gathered through all these years obliged me to get to the bottom of what had actually happened once I arrived there.
Being mindful about local sensitivities regarding the subject, I kept seizing every opportunity to ask specific questions relating to the event in every conversation with individuals I’ve known for some time, and with total strangers alike. Without injecting my own theories beforehand in any of these conversations, they gave me revealing facts prior to, during the event, and immediate aftermath relating to actual rescue and recovery operations.
The Unofficial Observations
There are countless accounts which did not make it to the papers. Tricycle drivers, fishermen, market peddlers, ordinary civilians, and government technicians, are just some of the people I’ve talked to. Here are their accounts I’ve collected so far:
Weeks of heavy rainfall preceded the event, however the raining ceased days prior to the event itself;
They heard loud explosions, and saw white smoke somewhere in the area where the landslide occurred prior to the actual event;
Text messages were still coming from the teachers and schoolchildren who were buried alive; none of them survive;
Chinook helicopters involved in the rescue operations didn’t fly directly towards the disaster area, but would circle around through another town of Liloan before going into the Northwest side of the mountain where the landslide had occurred. Observers can only see from the Southeast side of the disaster area.
Chinook helicopters were seen carrying stones and boulders in very large nets and dumped them onto the trucks waiting below and said that such measure is very important for ‘laboratory analysis” to determine the cause of the event, and thereby prevent another disaster;
The sky was continuously roaring as too many of these flights continued on even at night and when the rescue operations were officially suspended due to bad weather;
Fishermen from a nearby village of Lipanto are claiming today that when these rescue operations were ongoing, they were prohibited to go about their normal livelihood of fishing. One brave and possibly a hungry fisherman did try to venture into the sea, and suddenly, about 5 rubber boats with “large propeller” at the back came circling around the bay area. But what strikes me was their account that there were strange lights beneath the sea bed while at some distance some of these US naval ships, including an aircraft carrier, were anchored;
Civilians noticed camouflaged military men guarding far outside the disaster zone, including the main roads, which restricted their mobility;
A tricycle driver overheard a conversation with a government technician that “this one is not a natural disaster”. The same lowly civilian said that there were diggings for gold occurring in the area.
Questions That Need Some Answers
Why would the US send an aircraft carrier to a disaster zone that is relatively small compared to other similar but bigger events, e.g. Hurricane Katrina?
Would you believe that the same aircraft carrier’s arrival in the country, less than a week earlier, was pure coincidence?
Why is there a submarine surveying the seabed which is too far away from the actual zone of disaster?
Why would those Chinook helicopters needed to approach the disaster area from the backside when going directly from the bay area towards it was not only easier but more economical?
Why there’s a need to take huge amounts of boulders when a handful would do the same job of analyzing soil integrity?
Why there were too many flights of these gigantic grasshoppers when the actual recovered bodies were only too few (53) according to the Red Cross?
Why would these flights continued even when the rescue operations were suspended at nightfall and even beyond the next several days?
Why were the text messages from the victims ignored, and no rescue measures were taken that would somehow increase their survivability just like in the case of the miners in Chile?
Why the people were complaining that relief goods and donations were not proportionate to what was broadcasted to be forthcoming which, to their estimate, could possibly turn this town into a small city?
Was there some truth to the reason why the priest assigned here was reassigned due to his being vocal about the holding up of these donations by his superiors?
UPDATE [14feb2012]: Due to persistent inquiry made by Michael, this writer made some web searches and obtained these results…
“February 5, The amphibious assault ship is currently in the Philippine Sea, preparing for Exercise Balikatan 2006, scheduled Feb. 20 to March 5. The exercise is an annual Republic of the Philippines and U.S. bilateral combined exercise.
February 9, LHD 2 Amphibious Ready Group once again pulled to Apra Harbor, Guam, to load elements of the 31st MEU.
February 17, USS Essex and USS Harpers Ferry departed Subic Bay, Philippines, shortly after arriving. Both ships were ordered back to sea, and are en route to the Philippine Island of Leyte, to provide much needed humanitarian assistance for the victims of a devastating landslide.
February 21, LHD 2 and LSD 49 are currently in the Cabalian Bay, Republic of the Philippines, providing humanitarian assistance to victims in the Saint Bernard Municipality, where the town of Guinsahugon located in the southern part of the island was completely devastated.
March 1, Sailors and Marines of the Forward Deployed Amphibious Ready Group and 31st MEU, Joint Task Force (JTF) Balikatan and USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54) completed Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (HA/DR) operations February 28, for the victims of a wide-sweeping mudslide that occurred there Feb 17.
March 8, LHD 2 and LSD 49 are currently off the coast of Iwo Jima to commemorate the 61st anniversary of the famous Pacific War battle in Feb. 1945.
March 14, The amphibious assault ship returned to Sasebo, Japan, completing bilateral training in the Republic of Philippines and Guam, while also delivering relief to mudslide victims in the Philippines’ southern Leyte Island.”
The MEU consists of a command element, a infantry battalion with artillery, amphibious vehicle and other attachments, a composite helicopter squadron reinforced with a Harrier squadron and a combat logistics battalion. The 31st MEU is currently based out of Camp Hansen, Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler, Okinawa, Japan. This is the only permanently forward-deployed MEU, and is America’s expeditionary force-in-readiness in the Asia-Pacific region.”
What is more shocking is the fact that indeed this aircraft carrier does have a submarine in its fleet… in addition to a phalanx of Chinook Helicopters…

Description (2008): The forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Essex performs a stern-gate marriage with Landing Craft Utility 1631, while back-loading elements of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, June 9, 2008. The USS Essex is off the coast of Sattahip, Thailand after completing Cobra Gold 2008, a Thai and U.S.-sponsored military exercise designed to enhance interoperability between joint U.S. forces and the combined forces of the United States, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and Indonesia.
If you haven’t read the description above, it says “Cobra Gold 2008, a Thai and U.S.-sponsored military exercise”… but is it really a military exercise, or a gold recovery operation, too?
Let’s leave it to the Thais this time. But just remember, Thailand was also mentioned in one of these Golden Stories…
Anyway, the “about 5 rubber boats with propellers at the back” are actually hovercrafts officially called as Landing Craft Air Cushion [LCAC]. These crafts were chasing our local fishermen who came near the battleships during those humanitarian missions. This they said was just a precautionary measure in line with the war on terror concept. Even if we know now that the war on terror is actually a Lie Full of Terror, how could you expect a Filipino fisherman to pose a threat after you save him from a “natural disaster”?

While the above picture was taken in Thailand, the same scenario did occur in this town in 2006 disaster, i.e. massive number of LAVs and Humvees were deployed.
However, what is not clear about their versions of the gold treasure story being buried in the islands and seabed is that not all of these are from foreign origins, i.e. there are thousands of tons which also came from our own mining operations in the past, and still continuing even today.
If these people have enough motivation to go to war just for oil, what will prevent them from dropping a bomb to create a “natural disaster” such as the Guinsaugon Landslide in 2006, within a week of their docking on the nearest seaport, and then launch a comprehensive treasure hunting and recovery operations cloaked as humanitarian efforts?
They don’t even need to do the “hunting” by then, because mining permits were issued prior to the occurrence of the landslide…
Mining operations
“Religious leaders and civil authorities suspect that mining interests are behind the Southern Leyte tragedy.
The Supreme Court decision December last year[when?] reversing its earlier ruling concerning the legality of the Mining Act of 1995 has paved the way for U.S. and other foreign mining corporations to claim mining rights in the country, the report of the recently-concluded[when?] International Solidarity Mission (ISM) said. These corporations have particularly penetrated Samar and Leyte, islands in central Philippines which are rich in bauxite, nickel and copper.
The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) lists two mining companies which have an ongoing exploration in the region, particularly in Southern Leyte: The Buena Suerte Mining Corporation, which explores the areas near San Francisco, San Ricardo, Pintuyan and Liloan (6,611.59 has.) and Orophilippine Ventures, Inc., which explores Sogod, Liloan, St. Bernard and Libagon. Gold, silver, and other associated minerals can be mined in these areas.”
These companies were not mining for ores as there were no processing plants in the area. They are mining for hidden treasures buried here as the Second World War was ending. This is the reason why Gen. Douglas McArthur landed precisely in Leyte to fulfill his immortal words “I shall return” and for what exactly?
Is it for more of the gold that he stole before he headed for Australia with the help of some local agents, nay, traitors serving the Crown?
Were 50 tons not enough for this guy?
Gen. McArthur and Emperor Hirohito are both Knights of Malta.
Three years after the Guinsaugon Landslide, fishermen living near the shoreline were still seeing strange lights underwater.
The Essex was scheduled to depart for Cobra Gold 2012,an annual exercise with Thailand. However the mission was canceled due to mechanical or maintenance issues.[10]
Essex is scheduled to return to its home port of San Diego, California in March.[11] This will occur after a hull swap with USS Bonhomme Richard. In a hull swap, respective crews change ships. Thus, the current Essex crew will move to the Bonhomme Richard and continue their deployment in Sasebo.
Unit awards
Since her commissioning, Essex has received numerous awards, including all of the warfare excellence awards, seven Battle “E” awards (most recently in 2008[12]), the Golden Anchor Award for retention, the Ney Award for food service excellence, the Thompson Award for public affairs excellence, the Ogden Award for firefighting excellence, and the Chief of Naval Operations and Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific Safety Award.
It says, the Thailand “Cobra Gold” annual exercise is cancelled for 2012. Is it because of the measures taken by the WDS as reported by Fulford?
Furthermore, it also said that this USS Essex received numerous award including the “Golden Anchor Award”.
Golden career, indeed.

A Local Dark Cabal Tentacle Will Undergo Impeachment Trial Soon
A local Dark Cabal member is virtually impeached when 140 among 287 members of the Lower House of Philippine Congress signed the resolution for his impeachment. Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona, who had been the subject of presidential insult a few days ago, will have his “day in court” soon once the Senate receives the Articles of Impeachment against him. Only 1/3 of the membership of Congress is required for the transmission of the impeachment resolution to the Senate where the impeachment proceeding is held. It looks like his removal from office is as hasty as was his appointment by then bogus President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to the highest court of the land.
Only a few days ago, he was deeply humiliated during a “criminal justice” summit when President Aquino lambasted him several times on the patently lack of cooperation from the Supreme Court regarding the current administration’s campaign against graft and corruption, especially those committed by the past administration.
“We started by creating the Truth Commission, which was supposed to look into the alleged widespread acts of corruption during the past administration, and to hold those responsible for them to account. We had no other purpose for this than to address past wrongdoings as quickly as possible. But we all know what happened: The Supreme Court said that the formation of the Truth Commission was unconstitutional. From the onset, obstacles had already been put in our path.” – President Aquino
The Articles of Impeachment articulated eight charges against Corona, to wit:
1. Betrayal of public trust due to subservience to Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo during her presidency, from the time of his appointment as Supreme Court justice to his midnight appointment as Chief Justice. Examples are his partiality in the Megapacific contract decision, Fernando Poe Jr. case, the Lambino versus Comelec case (people’s initiative), David v Arroyo and Neri v Senate (executive privilege.)
2. Culpable violation of the Constitution for non-disclosure of the statement of assets, liabilities and net worth.
3. Undue closeness to Macapagal-Arroyo as shown by the appointment of the Chief Justice’s wife to a seat in the Bases Conversion and Development Authority.
4. Betrayal of public trust and culpable violation of the Constitution when he issued a status quo order ante that had suspended the hearings of the House justice committee on the impeachment case against previous Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez.
5. Voting on the cityhood cases and the creation of the province of Dinagat.
6. Creation of the ethics committee to look into the plagiarism case against SC Justice Mariano del Castillo, which resulted in clearing Del Castillo of any liability.
7. Temporary restraining order on the travel ban on Mrs. Arroyo.
8. Refusal to account for judicial development funds, special allowances and other court collections.
This event was preceded by the resignation of the Ombudsman Mercedita Guitierez, another Arroyo stooge who was sitting on cases involving the former First Family and their cohorts. And just recently, ex-bogus president was transferred to Veterans’ Hospital while she faces non-bailable trial regarding 2004 presidential elections where she was caught on tape asking Commissioner Garcillano of the Commission on Elections if the elections were proceeding in her favor. She was arrested under heavy guard at the St. Luke’s Medical Center, where she’s spending for the last several months perfecting her medical stunt.
Of course, if we take these things into their proper perspective, the whole exercise of removing each of these charlatans would cost taxpayers’ time and money. This political circus serves nothing else beyond the realm of pure entertainment. Until today, I’m still asking myself what the system has done to help me improve my lot and for everyone else that I know of. Nothing.
I am what I am today because I worked hard for it, and I’m sure that that is the case for most of us. There’s nothing within the first square meter from where I’m standing today that is done by the government. And if some government official would dare say that the road to the nearest grocery store is done by them, no, that’s not the road I paid for.
Empirical data indicated that as much as 60% of the budget for these infrastructures went into their pockets. None of these projects surpasses the time it takes to pay the loan from which they were built with. We not only pay the loans, we also need to pay, on a regular basis, those people who signed up for these loans in our name and for which we are not fully satisfied with. This is just one aspect of how expensive this inefficient system really is. This corrupt system is not only exceedingly deplorable, it is economically unsustainable.
The day of reckoning for a bogus president who stole the presidency “not just once, but twice” has arrived. And in anticipation, all possible way to evade justice has been done, the latest of which is this…
On November 15th, Gloria Arroyo tried to take a flight from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to Hong Kong on the pretext of a medical operation, and the legal tug of war reached its highest peak from thence on.
And on the 18th of November, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport was sealed off completely for an impending arrest of the former bogus president now congresswoman…
The same sight occurred at the premier hospital of the country where the actual arrest had been made…

With the benefit of hindsight, Gloria’s ascension to power was not possible without the help of the Dark Cabal who according to John Perkins (Confessions Of An Economic Hitman) does have the power to eject legitimately elected heads of state in favor of a puppet. In the case of two close friends, Joseph Estrada and Fernando Poe, Jr., they both want to implement debt moratorium unilaterally and renegotiate foreign debt made by past administrations subservient to IMF-WB.
Estrada was ousted through a coup led by Gen. Angelo Reyes, who eventually committed suicide in front of his mother’s grave for failing to uphold the Philippine Military Academy honor code not to cheat, lie and steal. Poe, who didn’t have a history of heart failures, died of a heart attack while protesting in behalf of the millions who voted for him including our Muslim brothers who idolized him dearly. This was the time when this writer abandoned all hopes for a political solution to the Filipino Quagmire.

Occupy Wall Street Protesters Believe Zuccotti Park Cleaning A Ploy To End Occupation
NEW YORK — New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg believes Occupy Wall Street protesters have a right to freedom of speech at a Manhattan park, but not to keep the owners of the public space from cleaning it.
Officials say Bloomberg visited with protesters Wednesday to tell them of plans to clean Zuccotti Park by the end of the week. Deputy Mayor Cas Holloway said in a statement the protest has “created unsanitary conditions and considerable wear and tear on the park.”
According to a new Facebook event, “Operation #WallStreetCleanup“, the Sanitation Committee of #OccupyWallStreet is currently soliciting donations for “brooms, mops, squeegees, dust pans, garbage bags, power washers and any other cleaning supplies.”
And once they’ve cleaned up the park Thursday, well, there could be more mass arrests:
Then, Friday morning, we’ll awake and position ourselves with our brooms and mops in a human chain around the park, linked at the arms. If NYPD attempts to enter, we’ll peacefully/non-violently stand our ground and those who are willing will get arrested.Afterwards, we’ll march with brooms and mops to Wall Street to do a massive #wallstcleanup march, where the real mess is!
Protesters appear weary of the attempts to clean the park. One demonstrator told CBS, “I think the mayor and some of his ‘cronies’ are trying to use tactics to get us to move out of the park.”

Occupy Wall Street started on Sept. 17 and quickly moved to lower Manhattan’s Zuccotti Park, after Canadian alternative magazine Adbusters issued a call to arms of sorts.
The movement has since spread from Washington to Wichita, and even beyond the borders of the United States.
“We are the 99 per cent,” many of the websites and signs say, signalling the economic disparity between the richest, most powerful 1 per cent and the rest of the nation.

Why the Occupation of Wall Street Must Be Sustained?
It was now revealed that over $16 Trillion dollars have been cross loaned to a collective series of US and Foreign banks. Neither Congress nor the Senate were consulted. The Government Accounts Office is holding records, which deserves auditing in Congress. The scale of loans to these reckless banks shows money flowing out recklessly in loan volumes many times greater than the base asset value of the banks concerned. The irony of all these is that: how come Steve Jobs knew not what the best treatment out there is; wasn’t he aware of alternative approaches when they are pasted all over the web he helped develop?
