Cameron’s reelection as prime minister is fast becoming a catalyst for the disintegration of the once mighty United Kingdom as thousands are signing the petition to join the future Scotland Republic.
We love to consider this one as the gradual crumbling of the Empire. We’re hoping that the same would be replicated across the United States.

The document dubbed: ‘Allow the north of England to secede from the UK and join Scotland’ has been signed by almost 35,000 people.
Yorkshire has hills, nice coastline and heather. National realignment is the obvious way forward.#TakeUsWithYouScotland

Residents of Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds, and almost every other northern community are planning to join independent ‘New Scotland’. “Fed up with the South looking down at the North,” Michael Anchor from Liverpool, one of those who signed the petition, wrote on the website. “Scottish Nationalists are able to state sensible policies that parties in England think are electoral suicide,” added Jo Tomalin from Sheffield.

When RT’s Harry Fear arrived in Manchester to find out what is attracting the north of England to Scotland, he found opinions of the passers-by were divided. “Great idea!” or “I am for it, as long as we get the same benefits as Scotland does,” said 50 percent of the respondents eager to join future independent Scotland. The other half told RT the idea is “bad and awful” and they are “perfectly happy being English.” According to Mike Walsh from Chorlton Central Church, many people in the northern cities “felt just as much as disconnect with the Westminster politics as the people of Scotland clearly do.” “They like what is being said in Scotland,” he told RT.
